The Red Lion Hotel Columbia Center offers excellent accommodations, convention facilities, regional food and wine, entertainment and recreation. In the heart of the Tri-Cities, we are adjacent to the Columbia Center Mall, three blocks from the Three Rivers Convention Center and Toyota Center, minutes from Columbia Basin Community College and twenty minutes from the Washington State University Branch campus. Our location provides easy access to seven nearby golf courses, plenty of shopping, boating on the Columbia and Snake rivers and fishing on the Yakima River as well as downhill and cross-country skiing during the winter months and windsurfing in the summer. Airport transportation to and from the Tri-cities Airport is complimentary. Each one of our 162 guest rooms and suites are tastefully appointed and designed to meet your every need. You will find amenities such as our new queen, double queen and king Stay Comfortable Bed featuring Sealy Pillowtop mattresses, coffee makers, telephone dataports, and color televisions with the Nintendo game system, on-command movies, microwaves and refrigerators. All guestrooms feature inside entrance with keycard access. Old looking hotel, it looks like a apartment comples, carpets need to be replaced or cleaned.

Hotel is conveniently located and beds are confortable and clean. However, to me, it does not meet the requirements for a 3 star rated hotel.

Tiny room, antique television, and was noisy (by ice/vending/exit).

The bed was comfortable. Overall the hotel is unremarkable. No office for guests, allowed use of a computer behind the desk/hotel management area and it was super super slow.

Asked not to have to climb stairs and did anyway.

The hotel and the staff were quite sufficient for my meager needs. The room service pizza was great! It was quiet, clean and my priceline rate was great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds are wonderful!
Unfortunately, the pool is seasonal.

This hotel is in a good location: easy access, walking distance to the mall and mid-range restaurants. the staff is friendly and helpful.
