Great bed (sleep number).
It was very difficult to get to until you figured out the roads around the hotel. GPS did not help at all.

Great rooms, reasonable rates, good locations once you determine the roads and how to get to the hotel.

Staff was polite and helpful. Lobby and sitting areas were comfortable and relaxing.
The elevator was iffy. One was not working.

We were extremely pleased with this hotel. It was out of the way but close to our relatives so handy for us. Difficult to find the first time directions were accurate though.

Well, our heater was not putting heat out called front desk was very cold and they responded in about an hour and that was not nice because asked them if they where having problems said no. So the maintenance man came up and dirty filters well when the weather changes you think they would take care of that. So that was one, the next thing shower in the morning, the drain doesn't drain very slow and then the toilet don't work very slow. So for one I won't stay there anymore. read more

attractive decor.
Very difficult to find exit from main road to reach hotel.

Clean, beautiful, comfortable, nice staff, quiet, beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub. Near busy highway if highway noise bothers you when using outdoor pool.
