Outside and hallways were beat up and carpet was dirty.

This hotel needs renovation. The exterior and landscaping are in bad shape. The hallway carpeting and walls were beat up and dirty. The room itself was O.K. after having to ask for a 2nd room. The first one had previously had smokers although the hotel was supposed to be smoke-free. The restaurant food was good but the wait staff's uniforms were not clean and pressed. The carpet in the restaurant was really dirty so it was not very appetizing in appearance. This hotel needs attention if they plan to stay in business. read more

Hotel has beautiful grounds.
Hotel was a little run down for a 4 star, needed some paint touch ups etc.

Got a really good deal on Priceline for this hotel. The surrounding grounds were very beautiful. Had a nice bar. The facility itself needed a little attention but all in all a very pleasant stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great check-in experience, super friendly and informative. The room met all of our expectations. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for one or two night stay in Olympia.

Nicely updated room, comfortable beds.

Very nice hotel. Appears to be geared toward business travelers, but it suited my leisure travel needs fine. This is an older hotel, but my room was recently updated and clean. Friendly front desk staff.
