Treated like dirt during check-in which took forever. No public restrooms for use during check-in.

Everyone was in need of a restroom, but all public restrooms were locked, although we were sent to them anyway. My husband is on portable oxygen & the battery unit was dead. The desk clerk failed to see this as an urgent situation. He gave us a room, where we found the toilet disassembled & lying on the floor. He changed us to a room next door that had no key.

Comfortable beds.
Very rude staff/vending (soda and ice) machines were either broke or empty consistently.

We had 7 families traveling together; we had all asked to be located somewhat together. Every room ended up being on different floors.

Due to the terrible customer service I received, I would never stay nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location, friendly staff and thoughtful room layout and size.
They did not have enough king beds. We had to stay in a room with two doubles.

The red lion in Downtown Seattle was conveniently located and an excellent place for our family vacation. There are many sights within walking distance, along with restaurants and shopping. We had three rooms and all were clean, and very nicely appointed. We would definitely stay there again!

They found out it was our anniversary and gave us a beautiful room with a view of the water and city. That made our vacation extra special. Very nice staff.
