Very quite fridge and microwave in tower rooms.
Maid service was very slow in coming.

Overall great room if you can get in tower do it the house keepers didnt show up to our room until after 4pm.

The location by the river was good.
It was old, small rooms. We were by the pool and it was noisy.

It needs to be updated. It was like the 70';s or something. Real small T.V., small rooms. The outside was quite old and rundown. We wish we would have gotten a room in the main part with a balcony. That might have been nicer. Glad we didn't have to pay full price. It wasn't worth it.

When we arrived, we were told that we would be staying in a room behind the hotel. When we got to the room, it looked like it hadn't been updated or cleaned for about 30 years. We went back inside and were told by the not so kind front desk person that we had to pay an upgrade fee to stay in the actual hotel. The room was much nicer, similar to what we saw online when we booked the room. read more

Location near the falls.
They closed part of the parking lot for the last 2 days which left it hard to find a place to park.

The room was big and clean and it was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. I liked the balcony. Check-in and check-out were very busy. The bed was comfortable.
