Newly redecorated rooms.

We have stayed here before and are pleased to see redecorating going on - excellent! Clean ands convenient for us.They are trying hard to please. We left a tip for the maid.

The beds are very comfortable.
You can see it, but it's hard to get to.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The public areas were very nice and the staff was friendly and prompt without being overwhelming. I've always enjoyed the Red Lion.

The bathroom was very spacious.
I had no tub, just a shower.

The hotel was nicer than a days inn or holiday inn. The bathroom was really roomy and I appreciate that. The only three downsides were that my room did not have a tub, the towels were a bit rough on my skin and the hotel is going through a renovation so the lobby was a mess. There are a lot of buildings withing this hotel, so the room is a little hard to find plus it is way in the back of the road; a bit isolated. You get bath and body works shampoo and soap, and the decor of the room is nice. read more

Loud party on Saturday night / Sunday morning. Could not sleep, hotel could have been courteous to let me know when checking in or change me rooms.

Was not very pleased, because of the loud pool party. Staff was not courteous of letting me know or asking if loudness would be a problem. Arriving every-night after working 12 hour shifts standing at the state fair with a bad back. I could not relax or sleep in my hotel room which was very upsetting due to the noise.

The staff tried, but the second room they gave me already had someone in it.
The smoke smell in my first room, the second room was already occupied, the third room had no refrigerator/microwave and lukewarm water in the shower.
