The hot tub looked very nice but the chorine was too strong for me.

We liked our stay and the breakfast was great. They had hot coffee all day long.

Nice hotel a bit south of Tacoma. You have to drive on the freeway to get to Tacoma. But there were lots of other hotels and restaurants in the same area. Hotel restaurant was closed down.

We were greeted with a smile by all staff members throughout the stay.
Getting to the lobby (for breakfast) was a bit awkward because of building layout.

I was greatly impressed by the friendliness and eagerness of the staff. You might say all hotels are pretty much the same - give or take. Of all that I've been to (even 4-star), this hotel was the most impressive. I felt able to walk around in the room shoe-free and really appreciated the step-up on the toiletries (they use BB&B products). The continental breakfast wasn't as impressive as some I've enjoyed; but, it definitely had something for everyone, was fresh, clean, and well stocked. I wish every hotel experience was this relaxing. read more
