Very responsive hotel staff and clean rooms.
Was not pleased they gave us a key to a room still occupied.

Check in was quick and however, we were given a key to a room that was still occupied. Apparently it was suppose to be cleaned. Anyway thank god there was no one in the room when we tried. The front desk was very responsive and quickly gave us another room and a $20 for breakfast. After all was said an done the customer service and our overall experience was excellent.

Cleanliness.
There were no lights at the pool when it was dark.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I have enjoyed both stays and will come back again.

Nice place. a little older but well kept.
Wings do not have elevator to second floor.

It was right in downtown Yakima with easy highway access and close to the Convention Center.
The exits from the parking lot were closed and topped with razor wire. We also asked for money in the parking lot.

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The building design is a little odd with sliding door opening into the parking lot. The location was very convenient - close to the highway, the convention center and downtown restaurants.
