The front desk staff.
Remnants of former guests on the floor and bed of my room.
Although it is a Red Lion, it is not close in quality to the other chain hotels I have visited. In particular, my room had such a heavy deodorant smell that I had to leave the sliding window open for 2 hours. The housekeeping department missed the wire hanger stuck on the easy chair foot and the already filled out menu from a different guest on my bed.

Nothing
It's a piece of junk - not even a 2 star.
Old and run down, smelled like dirty feet in the lobby.
