Bigger room with microwave and refrigerator, a nice surprise.
A
little freeway noise.
I would stay at the Red Lion again. There is also a pet club, where your dog can stay with you for free.

The hotel is not 3.5 star hotel.
It was not a hotel but a nice motel.
This location is fine but it's a fancy motel. It's not a hotel.

The beds were comfortable, there was a fridge and microwave which was nice.
The pool was an outdoor pool and not heated at all! The hot tub was about the temperature the pool should have been.
The hotel was fairly clean, and a bit older in style and construction. There was a pool but it was outdoor and not heated. There was no easy access vending machines.

Spacious, clean rooms.
Weathered motel exterior.
Don't let the cover fool you. Although the exterior and lobby feel like a throw back to the old Breaking away movie complete with townies smoking outside the lobby doors, the rooms are very clean and nice and the beds quite comfortable. Reasonable internet speed, close proximity to restaurants and the U of Oregon campus make it a value at 50% of the stated rate.

Convenient location, close to restuarants and shopping.
Outside doors, and next to freeway exit.
The room was clean and comfortable with a microwave and fridge. Not a large room, but completely adequate for us. We were traveling a long distance and wanted someplace to spend the night and relax.

Location; and nice room.
Definitely not a three star - 2-2 1/2 max.

Room nice, comfortable.
Outside looks old, dated, somewhat unkempt - very off-putting at first.
Nice, comfortable rooms - surprising considering the initial impression given by the somewhat dated and unkempt exteriors. Realizing this is an older property, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room.

The helpful people. After almost checking in, we needed a room on bottom floor and they scrambled and found one.
Nothing.
Good place to stay.
