They provided enough towels in the rooms.
The office staff was rude and incompetent. The restaurant was extremely slow, and we were the only customers.

I was not happy with the staff, upon arrival there were 3 employees. We were the only ones there to check in. They were having a private discussion, it took them several minutes to even acknowledge our presence. We then went up to the room. The bathroom was not very clean, but did have adequate towels, the bedding had a distinct moldy smell, we then went down to the restaurant, there was nobody there yet we weren't served for a while, then they never checked back to see if we needed more coffee. The food was actually quite good, kudos to the cook, but the server never came back to see if we needed dessert or to check on us. Each time we had to get up and find the server to get what we needed - not a good experience. When we checked out the attendant was somebody different and he was very friendly and helped us quickly. Over all not happy with the service and definitely would never stay at that hotel again. read more

The beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable!
Bathroom, though clean, was old (peeling paint, old bathtub).

Location was very convenient.
The TV picture on some of the cable channels wasn't the best.

We got a great rate through Priceline. Exceptional value for the money. We stayed 3 nights. Nothing really special about the hotel or room but nothing to criticize either. Had a much better experience here than at a recent stay at a 4-star hotel in Seattle.

Location, price, and the spacious room.
Oatmeal breakfast - lumps galoor, tasted like it was warmed over from the day before.

Good value for price. Convenient location, friendly staff. Skip the hotel restaurants and go one of many in walking distance.

Big windows, good light.
Parking fee of $12/night

Centrally located in Lloyd Center area, easy to reach by car and east to use as a travel base. Big windows, two reading lights, fridge, very comfortable bed. We'd happily stay there again.
