I liked the location, not too crowded, and was easy to bypass all the holiday traffic.
The staff was very friendly and it was easy to check in and out.

Very clean, and friendly staff.
Was about a five minutes walk to main street on poorly lit side street.
The hotel was very nice would recommend for adults, not so much with younger children due to the walk to main street after leaving parking lot, not well lit.

The room was very nice for an older hotel. I was impressed.
I booked a king suite but stayed in a king leisure.
I was very happy with the cleanliness, location, price, etc. I was disappointed and felt scammed when I learned that my room had a jacuzzi tub but no fireplace. I reserved and paid for a room that had both according to the pictures and descriptions. The front desk staff did not seem to care.

Nothing.
Smelly, moldy, pet smell, old and outdated.
Never recommend it to anyone.

Clean, good water pressure, close to parking, front desk helpful, courteous.
No negatives.
We chose the Red Roof Inn because of the location, Priceline.com discount, reputation and online reviews and we were not disappointed. Our room was clean per several reviews, well-kept, good water pressure, the people at the front desk were helpful and courteous. And we were pleased that the reviews on Priceline matched what we found. The room was just what we wanted and needed and we would definitely use Red Roof Inn and Priceline.com again. read more

Comp breakfast, staff very friendly and accommodating.
The staff went out of their way to assist in any way asked in finding rental cars, closest trolley, etc.

Everything around was able to be reached by walking and there was no driving needed.
Everything was good except the so called breakfast. There was nothing fancy self served and made. The smell of the room could have been better but all in all a good experience.

Inexpensive, close to downtown, close to restraunt.
Good place to stay, convienient to downtown Gatlinburg. Close to bypass road so you do not have to drive the strip when traveling to Pidgeon Forge. Just off Ski Mtn Trail, at Traffic Light 10. Trolley stop at front of hotel, or walk to town. Great walk to Hollywood Star Cars, Wax Museum, Ripleys, Ober Gatlinburg, and other north end of town attractions. Great hotel for the price. read more
