Domino?s Farms are 1 mile, and VA and University of Michigan Hospitals are only 3 miles from this hotel. Eastern Michigan University is within a 10 minute drive as well. I guess I liked the price
There was no continental breakfast, and the toilet ran alot and was very loud.

If I were to travel back to ann arbor I would look for a different facility.

The motel was located fairly close to the area where I was conducting business.
The lobby was very small and the desk clerks did not seem to know much about the area in general.

The motel met my expectations. It was clean and safe. It did not have many amenities, but I was there for business and not pleasure.
