The lobby and common areas were clean and bright, and the staff was polite and helpful.
The rooms were somewhat noisy and cramped.

I was impressed that there was a card in each room from the manager, offering his personal cell phone number to contact if any disputes could not be resolved onsite! This is really a nice little hotel, although I just wish the rooms were more updated and insulated better to keep out more of the noise. Since the rooms are accessed from the outside, it is difficult not to be disturbed by outside noises and traffic. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated having healthy breakfast choices available. Hard boiled eggs are wonderful for those of us "low-carbers"! read more

The breakfast area was nice.
No indoor pool.

I think all hotels should only be indoor access to rooms with outside entrances locked after 10 PM with access to the hotel either from the lobby or from other entrances with the use of your room key. This hotel was outside access to rooms and I think that is unsafe.

My room was a nonsmoking room but smelled of smoke and an odor that I couldn't figure out. It was very noisy that weekend I was there. I left early due to all this.

Horrible mattress.

Room clean and recently done but the mattress was probably the worst one I have slept on in my entire life.

Love the beds and the breakfast is great!
My bathroom this time was awfully small.

Great place to stay, friendly staff. Great beds, and very clean and neat. The breakfast is wonderful, I love the "to go" packages that are ready for you to "fly" with!

The staff was very friendly.
Our room opened to the outside. It was very cold to go to breakfast with kids.

The staff was wonderful, the breakfast buffet was good and well stocked and maintained. Our room was on an outside hallway and it was very cold. Getting our kids to breakfast was a huge deal.
