Red Roof Inn Clearwater Beach

It was clean and for the money, I believe I really got my moneys worth. We just needed a clean room to rest and shower and it met those needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our 4 day stay.

The hotel was nice. Great parking, set up and view.

Their walls are paper thin so you can hear everything! They allow drunk locals to be as loud as they want and if you complain about them the staff threatens to kick you out! The staff was the rudest I have every seen! It was so horrible that we woke our 3 and 1 year old up at midnight to stay at a Holiday Inn express in St Petersburg just so we could feel safe. Horrible
place to stay unless your just a local looking for a place to drink and party without having to be considerate of other people.There is lots more to our story but I don't have the time to tell it all.
Just know that if you have children this is not the hotel, or beach for that matter, to take them to safely. read more

Found a slice of pizza in microwave, fixtures were broken in bathroom ceiling fan had no cover and was dirty. I could have found better & less costly.

I'd recommend it for people who aren't going to be spending a lot of time in it. It served its purpose as a place to crash but not some place I'd like to spend all my time in. I was only there over night so I cannot comment on the amenities.

I enjoyed my stay I liked the location across from beach. Nice balcony view and nice area within walking distance to everything. Would stay again.

Stairs, hallways, elevator are old and could use updating. Room was large with fresh and crisp bed linen. Other areas were clean. TV remote didn't work but it was not important. Pool was sparkling clear, plenty of lounge chairs. Beach across the street, restaurants and small stores available. Watch the sun go down over the ocean from the balcony!

I t was one of best stays in Florida. The hotel doesn't have the amenities other hotel's have but would stay in the same place, next time I go. Thanks.

The carpets need replacing in the rooms, but everything else was nice. We were disappointed not to be able to swim & relax by the pool after returning from an evening concert, as the pool was closed at 10:00 p.m.
