Staff was helpful and friendly, location was
very convenient.
Trash collected in plastic bags sat outside my unit.

This is fine for a short stay, but 11 days is too long. Even as an economy lodging it lacked some touches that would have been inexpensive but helpful, like a coffeemaker or a small fridge.

The room size was good.
The room we were given was nasty from previous guest.

Hotel was older. The bathroom was awkward. The toilet and tub in a room. Room colors were not pleasing.

The AC didn't work in the room, roaches in the bathroom, no DVD player, fridge or microwave in the room.

It was very clean and the staff was great.
There is not one thing about the hotel I did not like.

The hotel was very nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms and bathroom were very clean and organized.
