Red Roof Inn - Mansfield/Foxboro

This hotel is obviously used to crowds during events. This one happened to be a concert. A shuttle bus was available to bring us to the concert and back if we wanted. Yet the staff seemed completely unprepared. Our room wasn't cleaned, the bed was still unmade and there were dirty towels on the floor! I met a man in the elevator who's room had people in it when he got there. Not very professional. The pool was closed as well and that was a disappointment. read more

Renovations were under way. Advise travelers to wait for outcome. At present, hotel is barely habitable and seems to attract unsavory elements. Stay some where else.

The hotel was dirty, smelled bad, noisy, worn out and damaged rooms. desk associate was smoking in front of the hotel, blood stain on the wall next to the headboard, ac was noisy room smelled musty. I just got back into town and planned on asking for a complete refund.
