The bes was extremely comfortable and was close to the arena.
The continental breakfast was terrible, donuts and fruit drinks and coffee don't get it compared to other hotels.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants, activities, and other things. It was easy to find. I will stay here again.

Lots of amenities in room for a fair price. Especially the safe.
The bed wasn't all that comfortable.

Nice rooms with lots of extras: safe, iron, ironing board, microwave, & fridge. Oddly with all of that, no coffee maker. The bed was ok, but not great. The room was clean and neat when I arrived, and was maintained that way for the extent of my stay.

Convenient & close to Columbus convention center.
Easy to miss hotel. Small sign at street level despite large name on building.

Very nice, modern well kept hotel. Easily the nicest red roof I've stayed at. Parking can be difficult. Parking for hotel is across Nationwide Blvd.

Cost was good for location.
Room was noisy and bed was terribly uncomfortable.

The internet pictures made the room look nicer than it really was. The room was OK, downtown Columbus, that is acceptable. I am bothered that I had to pay $10 to park overnight and that the room was very noisy and the bed was so uncomfortable. I barely slept all night.

This is a beautiful hotel near downtown Columbus. We were in town to see event at the Arena District and it was a distance. Also, if you wanted to eat somewhere, you had to take a cab, travel. While no dining within walking distance, room service was excellent and reasonable and the cafe was great for breakfast. We also love the lounge. When my husband needed breakfast quickly (low blood sugar) in the morning, the staff directed him to the buffet, gratis. Very attentive, nice fluffy robes, quality products in bath. read more

Location and cleanliness.
There was nothing to criticize.

Friendly and clean. Our room was cleaner and in better repair, no chipped tile in bathroom or sloppy caulk job, no stains on carpet, no musty smell. The bed was outstandingly comfortable. It was quiet and pleasant.
