Location and value for the price.
Rooms could be better maintained, smelled musty.
Perfectly adequate for a business traveler, would be okay for family on a budget as well. Older motel, could use some sprucing up, but overall decent value for the price I paid.

Free wi-fi for guests, and a waffle-maker at the continental breakfast.
Very basic hotel, not particularly comfortable, and the night staff was unpleasant.
Sometimes a cheap budget hotel will surprise you and be nicer than you expect. This hotel is not that hotel. The rooms are small and dingy, beds are uncomfortable, and the tv has about 5 channels that work. The continental breakfast is very average (I think many people skip it in favor of the Denny's next door). My GPS pointed me in the wrong direction (this is apparently a common problem for this hotel) and the night staff was very unhelpful and unclear when I called for new directions. read more

Great location, & EXCELLENT rate for fall foliage weekend!
The step exiting the C building, had a not easily recognizable step that I fell from onto the sidewalk.
It was clean, comfortable, great location, & just about as nice as one could possibly expect for a 2 star level.

Convenience
Refusal to honor request for king or double beds.
I could not upgrade to either a king or two doubles. The other complaint is the quality of the hotel in that location for the price.

Near the main road easy to find.
Needs maintenance in various points like ceiling, floors, bathroom.
Not satisfied with the place at all, needs major improvements.
