Bed was comfortable.
Seems a little outdated inside the room, mildew on walls of bathroom and stains on the carpet.

It was a bit overpriced, the decor is a bit outdated, and the view from our window was terrible. Breakfast is held in this tiny room, one of the coffee machines was out of order and they have only one toaster which caused a line. On the other hand it is a few blocks from the River walk and the Alamo. I would recommend this place as a good place to crash at night but not spend your day inside. read more

1 front desk clerk, pet hair on sheets, hallway smelled of smoke.

Had to stand in line for 15 minutes to check in, hallways smelled like a dirty ashtray, room was horribly decorated, no place to put toiletries in bathroom, animal hair on the sheets, called front desk to have sheets changed and they could not accommodate me with a housekeeper and the breakfast bar in the lobby had dried juice all over the floor so dirty and sticky. Will never stay in this hotel again at this location or any other! read more

The room was not cleaned. When I complained that the room had not been cleaned, they did not send somebody to clean it or bring fresh towel. They did not offer a different too.

Convenient location, clean and neat.
No complaints for the price that we paid.

The rooms were clean, AC / heater worked properly. We got deal and we are happy with the deal for the location. Heads up to those who think there will be continental breakfast - you get only Muffins + Coffee + Juice. No other items. That disappointed me.

Well, I stay there 2 nights. Monday morning, when I went down stair to get a cup of coffee, the coffee maker was out of order, no fruits left.
