South Deerfield Red Roof Inn

The Red Roof Inn provides quiet, comfortable and clean accommodations.

The hotel was in a nice location. Parking lot and surrounding area clean and neat. Rooms were neat and clean, had a turn down service, with out asking. Front desk personnel were outstanding with information about local eateries and how to get back to the UMass Amherst the correct way 9 miles instead of 35.

Overall, we had a great experience at the hotel. It was clean, comfortable and met our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was warm and relaxing. The pool area was a bit dirty and was out of fresh towels.

The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. No restaurant or continental breakfast was offered in the hotel, but a coffee and sandwich shop is located in the convenient store next to the hotel. It was difficult to maintain a comfortable room temperature. With the heat set to low the room became sweltering. With just the fan on was way too cold. The heated pool was very nice and a great treat for the kids. Also, there were, at best 6 channels that came in clearly on the TV. Even though HBO was available for us, we would have appreciated either Disney or some other children friendly channel to watch. read more

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. I would have liked either a microwave or refrigerator in the room. This facility did not have a restaurant.Overall, I would recommend this to others.

The Red Roof Inn was conveniently located off Rt.91. The staff was friendly, and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The children enjoyed the pool, which was clean and inviting.
