The hotel was clean and the concierge was very helpful.
My request for a shaving kit was not delivered after asking twice.

Decent location, although the drugged out frat boy out back was somewhat disturbing. Staff was helpful in general except for ignoring my requests for a shaving kit. Being unshorn is somewhat irritating for me.

would be sure that this is a Gray hotel for someone who love to sleep crappy food and bad service but really comfy beds.

Location was safe and central to shopping and activities.

Near many restaurants, coffee shops and the Central Train station in Amsterdam. Hotel Staff was very professional, friendly and informative of the activities and excursions. Breakfast buffet including eggs maid to order. Room service was also excellent. Spa and fitness center was very clean.
