Great location. Beautiful hotel. Valet guys were great.
No coffee shop. Parking very expensive. ($28.00).

I was so excited to get this hotel from Priceline since it was 4 stars and walking distance from the convention center. It did not disappoint. It's beautiful, the valet guys were awesome, and the room was very comfortable. Ask for a room without an adjoining door though. I was put in one at first, and the people next to me were loud. They moved me without a problem though.

Staff was incredibly polite. Good room supplies.
Dirty bathroom in lobby.

It seemed unprepared. Lobby bathrooms were dirty, out of towels. Key-card machine was broken at check-in, leaving me to wait for bellman.
