Erudite excursionists say this "superb" place "lives up to its name" since it's "like staying in an art gallery": installations (including "Chihuly glass") adorn "the rooms, lobby and restaurant, and there's a sculpture garden inside"; the "ideal location" in the Warehouse District and the on-site Creole seafooder, La Côte Brasserie, are further reasons why this chainster comes "highly recommended."

Spotless property, huge rooms!
High parking prices, charge for internet connection.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. From the friendly and helpful staff to the huge and spotless rooms, this hotel gets an almost perfect 10 score from me. The only drawbacks were the expensive parking fee ($28/day) and charges for internet usage. For a property of this caliber, free wifi should be a given.

Cleanliness, price and location.
Valet parking was way to expensive $28 per night.

Great location! Only 5 blocks from canal street and French quarter. Nice rooms with great amenities. Highly recommend.

The fact that the hotel is based around art.
Pay for parking.

Where do I start? I was not expecting a hotel this beautiful! When you walk in you feel like a celebrity. The ambiance of the lobby is terrific! The art is absolutely stunning. The hotel staff very friendly. My room was beautifully furnished and the bed felt like mounds of clouds. The swimming pool jacuzzi is on the roof top and at night is very lovely. The only downside is the restaurant is very pricey. Right across the street you can go to a place called Lucy's. Very good food and drinks! For dinner I went to Emeril's which is a block away and that was excellent! Loved the hotel and would actually pay full price to stay here again. read more

I did not like the hotel restaurant, I was hoping for more variety, drinks were great though.

I needed a little get a way and this hotel met
all my wishes. I would definitely stay there again (I actually can't wait to go back).
