The location was excellent. Very close to the Boca Towne Center Mall. Lots of dining selections in every price range.

We went to visit family, but stayed on to see the sites. The staff was super friendly and
I would stay again. Next time though,
I would get a suite.

I requested a mini-fridge in my room a week before my stay. When I got there I called and they said they would send it right up. However, they had run out of fridges. They did not tell me this until the next day. I had bought some light groceries for my 15 month old and had no whre to store them.

Small children crying in the middle of night. I think that families with small children should be grouped together and away from the older crowd.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and have never had a complaint until now. Small children crying in the middle of the night was disturbing and therefore families with small children should not be next door to adults who want to sleep in. Otherwise everything was good!

A bit antiquated. Old Zenith TV, Toilet was super low to the ground??

Hotel is nice, but I don't really feel it s/b listed as a resort.... a bit antiquated. Old Zenith Tv, didn't even list the channels as you change channels. Tile in bath are basically a face lift on a tired room. Staff is fantastic.

Great location / helpful staff / beautiful pool.
Room smelled a little damp.

Gorgeous tropical style hotel. Pool has waterfalls and great pool bar for snacks / lunch and drinks. Staff couldn't be more helpful.
