Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Expensive parking but no big deal, just a little much.
Very clean, attractive and modern. The staff went out of their way to assist me in providing directions and suggestions for transportation to different venues in Boston.

The bar had a separate island for me to hook up my laptop so I could have a glass of wine and or dinner and still get my work done.
Excellent hotel, the new silverline made it easier than catching a shuttle.
Great hotel. I was traveling alone and everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Had dinner in the bar area but not right at the bar. Best service and attentiveness I had in along time. Housekeeping noticed I had slept in and asked me in the hallway what time they should clean my room.

I enjoyed my stay. I thought the hotel was clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to the convention center, and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Exceptionally clean room.
No problems.
Located 3 blocks from the Boston Convention Center. Compares with any hotel in this area. Friendly staff, room was very nice. Nice touches like directions on how to set the alarm clock. Room temp is adjustable, and very accurate. Really, really clean. Contemporary decor was very refreshing. Absolutely no complaints about this hotel.

My experience was entirely positive!
Friendly and attentive staff from the time I arrived to the end of my stay. The hotel is very attractive, attentive and professional staff. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet and well appointed for the business traveler.
