The atmosphere was what I'd expected.
Internet was not free, 13.00 a day.
Everything about this hotel was a 4 star hotel.

I liked the ambiance, the room set up as a suite with a bedroom that could be closed off from the living room and the room service.
There was no closet between the sink, dressing area and the bedroom.
I was surprised by the contemporary western look, but found it refreshingly different and enjoyed the atmosphere. In the am I went downstairs and enjoy a pleasant cuppa in the lobby, which was light and cheery. The biggest problem I had was the location. Even with map quest and the receptionist, we had a hard time finding the hotel.

The mountain view from the room. The rooms/refrigerator/suites were great.
That you cannot get free internet in your room. You have to pay $12.95 a day or use the business center.
A wonderful location to tour the Roacky Mountains, Breckenridge, and Denver.

The bedroom window had an unobstructed view of the sunrise.
The dishes from our room service breakfast stayed outside our door for several hours.
Beautiful thoughtful, and tasteful decorations right down to the little dog symbols in the sofa fabric! I was very impressed by the grandeur of it! My room was larger than I expected and gave me the comfortable feeling of being at home. I came in at night but was pleasantly struck in the morning by the coordination of the room's design, furnishings and art work! I will stay here again! read more

Its proximity to restaurants and entertainment.
Can't think of anything.
The hotel is beautifully decorated which gives it a very comfortable feel. It has many enjoyable amenities such as pool, exercise room, hot tub etc. My wife and I had a very enjoyable weekend and would not hesitate to stay here once again.

Outstanding customer service and friendliness, very clean, attractive and comfortable hotel and rooms, wonderful food, near many useful stores.
We love everything about it!
This is my husband's and my third stay at this hotel and it's our very favorite. Customer service is outstanding. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to serve you. The hotel itself is very attractive and the rooms are impeccably clean. Many wonderful stores to shop in right across the street. Food is excellent. Even when busy, our room is quiet and we have a good sleep. read more

Great location - North of Denver, across from the Flat Iron Crossings Mall.
Food was aweful, restaurant hours & room service hours were
limited.
The hotel is good for a business traveler but worked for my holiday trip - in the part of town I needed to be in. The best thing about this hotel was it was a nice clean hotel in the part of town we needed to be in and seemed like a very nice part of town. Hardly anyone was staying at the hotel; it seemed a virtual ghost town. In-room coffee was horrible - bought our own but the housekeeping didn't refill our sugar packets or stir sticks & housekeeping didn't even empty the ice bucket or refill the plastic liners. Restaurant hours were limited - we arrived from the airport at 9:45 pm and the restaurant was closing at 10:00 with room service & bar closing at 11:00 - bar menu more limited than the room service so ordered room service before kitchens shut down. Food fair. Also because of holidays restaurant was going to start closing even earlier. One of the reasons for staying at a higher star level hotel is the expectation of having 24 hour room service esp. when arriving late. One morning had breakfast - the toast tasted dry & stale & the scrambled eggs were tasteless. Nice to have a refrigerator in the room which we stocked with our own beverages & snacks as the vending machine on our floor was out of what we wanted to drink. The lobby is very pleasant with a nice fire pit style fireplace in the bar area just off the lobby. If housekeeping were better and if the food were to be much improved then this review would be quite positive. read more

Everything was as expected.
Outdoor parking meant scraping ice off windshield in morning.
The hotel was great except there was no underground parking. This meant that I spent the better part of 30 minutes in the morning scraping ice off my windshield.
