Very clean and friendly bilingual staff.
Very difficult to find the street it is located on. Breakfast not included. 25.00 euros each for breakfast.

I would recommend this hotel at the price. We were very comfortable and it was within walking distance to the grand place and Kings palace.

Wonderful staff and lovely room.
The location of the hotel was far from the center of the city.

The renaissance Brussels hotel is a wonderful hotel, probably suited best to business travelers because of its location near the European union. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. The breakfast buffet was above average and the dinner we ate in their restaurant was excellent. The only issue we had was that the hotel is not centrally located and the neighborhood, although fine in the daytime, is deserted at night. read more

Decor is beautiful.

After finally finding the hotel (over an hour lost) I was very pleased. It was beautiful, room was perfect and spacious, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
