Location very great, service is good.
They knock the room to clean room 8:30-9:00 every day.

This hotel is very convenience, valet parking, great location but the room not like 4.5 star hotel and they came early in the morning knocking your door for clean around 8:30-9:00 am usually, they will be clean when you show the tag Make up the room or maybe late around 10-11am.

Exceptionally Helpful Friendly Staff.

Four Star all the way. Class with a capital c. Centrally Located in the Downtown Area. Rooms With Tremendous Views of Chicago River and Hot Spots. Walking Distance To Theatre District & Cafes.

Friendly staff, relaxing ambience, beautiful surroundings, and comfortable beds, excellent room service and very clean.
Business center closed on weekends, no "self service" terminals, and the rate for internet access was expensive.

I was very pleased with my experience. From first arriving and being greeted by the friendly doormen, to checking in with the courteous front desk staff, to seeing my beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable room, I was blown away by the experience. Hands down the nicest hotel I've stayed in this year.

Charges for internet.

The location was great. Rooms were a bit small. Staff was helpful. Didn't like the charge for internet access. Parking was very expensive, $40/day. Overall, very nice.

The hotel location is great for seeing the sites of downtown Chicago. The staff was helpful from the time you pull up in your car, to when you leave. The rooms were beautiful with a view of the Chicago River. wonderfully decorated lobby, rooms, and lounge. You really feel special.

The hotel was in a great location near the magnificent mile % millennium park.
Parking rate is over $40 per night.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The rooms look newly remodeled and beautifully furnished and the lobby is very well decorated. The staff was very helpful.

Fabulous stay-hotel was accommodating, luxurious, spectacular.
I could not find anything to dislike.

I reserved three rooms. Each room had 3 to 5 people. there were no doubles available, but we were given a small suite with a king and sleeper sofa and a rollaway. No questions, arguments or concerns. the rooms were beautiful, clean, well appointed. I cannot say enough about our stay.

Very classy and clean.
Only common smoking area was the bar area.

From check-in to check-out hotel was excellent. Concierge service was very friendly and helpful in locating restaurants and attractions in the area.
