Easy parking and pleasant room amenities.
It's a noisy building with odd-shaped rooms.

Easy to find, and central in Dallas, the Renaissance Dallas is nevertheless in Dallas, where you can't walk to nearby attractions or conveniences. For this reason it should have both a better sundry shop, it was adequate and better in-room entertainment. The gym is fine with up-to-date cardio machines, a set of free weights, and locker rooms which I didn't see. As for the room itself, I was at the end of the hall from the elevators and could nevertheless hear every word uttered in the hallway all night. The mechanical noises of the building were also loud. My room was small, peculiar in shape and layout, and the shower door leaked all over the slippery floor. Though I wasn't angry when I checked out the next morning, I was tired and will not stay at this hotel again. There are many other reasonable options in Dallas. read more

Charge for WiFi and the staff is snobbish.

I have stayed here once before and was disappointed in the quality of service the first time. I won't return to the Renaissance again.
