The staff was outstanding.
Nothing I liked it all.

I loved this hotel, but it was the staff that made my stay exceptional. Everyone from the wait staff to security were friendly and helpful. The front desk people were amazing and the bartenders exceeded expectation. This was a great hotel and a great experience. I would recommend it to anyone.

Bright, attractive atrium style.
Charge for internet.

Asked for an upper floor; got a quiet room on the eight floor. Spacious room and bathroom. Public areas were spotless. Excellent dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Would definitely return to the Renaissance.

The rooms are just wonderful.
Can't think of one thing I didn't like.

Wonderful hotel and wonderful staff. I stayed at this same hotel in 2006 the night of my college graduation for my masters degree, I was so happy to see they still offer the high level of service and offer lovely rooms that reflect their high service. I hope to stay there again in 2011 when I finish my doctorate, and all, my husbands and my anniversaries in between. It is a wonderful hotel. read more

The close proximity to Dicks Field, and shopping. Cleanliness, parking garage, great service from hotel staff.
Loved the hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay. Wish we had more time to enjoy the swimming pool and hot tub.

The comfort and decor, high quality art and furnishings, great room temperature.
Only problem was that none of the ice machines worked.

Fabulous hotel, highly recommend it.
