Bathrooms need hooks for drying towels and hanging robe.

Great place. My only criticism are bathroom hooks, and someone hassled my 16 year old daughter about being in the adult pool. Ridiculous. She was quiet, alone, minding her own business. Adults being loud, obnoxious, etc were tolerated. Other pool is huge, beautiful and in the shade most of the day. Infinity pool was under construction.

Too much noise to sleep.

Terrific room, very poor use of court yard outside our balcony. We had an early morning flight out, and thought we were going to get a great nights sleep. Unfortunately the hotel decided to allow a Cancer benefit in the courtyard that ran past 1AM. Loud music and blaring public address system. The hotel staff could care less, and unfortunately ruined what could have been a terrific deal. read more

The hotel is clean and comfortable.
Staff could have been more attentive. Although they were polite, they didn't seem sincere.

The hotel was clean, attractive, and was right by the beach. The pools and amenities are nice. What I didn't like: The staff was polite but didn't appear to be sincere. The hotel wanted to charge for beach chairs and umbrella rentals. The room was clean and comfortable, but didn't feel like a 4 star. Overall, The Eden Roc was ok, but nothing extra special.

Very clean decor, refreshing room in ocean tower a breath of fresh air.

great place to stay in always something doing. We were here with quite a few celebrities for an organization for a cancer for children benefit, nice, helpful and courteous to guests. Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are very clean and comfortable.

Had a ocean front room with a nice sized balcony was great.
Some of the pillows did not smell fresh.

Ocean view very nice but the view of the grounds were not attractive due to construction activity. Very pleased with the receptionist on check in.
