Over priced soft drinks, water, and juices.

Hotel was very nice, quiet in the room. Everyone was very friendly and helpful offering to assist in any way. Would definitely stay there again.

The beds were comfortable.
The staff was not the friendliest.

This hotel is a very nice hotel. If you are going on a cruise you definitely want to stay here. It is less than 10 minutes from the cruise terminal. The room was very nice and it met/exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff could use a refresher course in customer service.

The fact that continental breakfast was advertised, but yet you had to pay for it.

Very nice, would recommend, however, at the prices charged, there should be a free continental breakfast.
