Suite was advertised as having 2 bathrooms; it did not.

TV didn't work in bedroom, and
no mini bar.

If you are attending a concert, football game or hockey game, this is the perfect location. After giving feedback about the TV not working and have had to call twice to get someone to the room to fix it and complaining there was no mini bar. There was no comment on the hotel's part.

It was great for all our needs for the weekend.
Nothing.

I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone interested in staying at a great place. It was a great surprise to find out I don't have to pay for valet parking since I own a hybrid.

The air conditioner worked excellently and the in-room jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise.
Items on in-room service were not available in restaurant & wait person didn't really seem to care.

I will use the lap pool the next time we stay and the exercise room is top notch.

Hotel staff lacked enthusiasm and knowledge

My hotel room had an odor that housekeep sprayed a scent over. Hotel staff seemed very unknowledgeable and unwilling to provide assistance. Bar in lobby was loud and intrusive into the checkin process.

It was close to the attraction we were at.
refrigerator did not work

The hotel is great and located right next to the Jobbing.com arena and rec area, We only stayed one night but next time it will be longer with a trip to the Spa!
