Excellent location - close to inner harbor.
Sirens and road noise on Pratt street.
It's hard to beat the location of this hotel. It's across the street from the Inner Harbor and attached to the Gallery shopping center, making access to some of Baltimore's main attractions very convenient. Traffic noises are sometimes annoying, especially if your room faces Pratt street. Sirens from emergency vehicles are heard all hours of the day and night. There are often beggars that hang out outside the hotel and gallery asking for money and can give an unnerving feeling, especially late at night. read more

Beautiful hotel!
I did not get what was promised,
I was basically robbed of my money by this hotel.
Would never recommend it to anyone, was mislead by the staff, did not get what I paid for, was lied too on the phone. Ruined my and my girlfriend's weekend. Waste of money!

It was a perfect location, and everything was accessible. You don't need a car because of the perfect location of the hotel.

Elevators slow at times.
Very convenient location in Baltimore Inner harbor. Clean airy room with comfortable bed. HD television. Our room was corner suite with living area and second TV as well as small kitchen area with refrigerator and sink.

Lovely room and close to the inner harbor.
You had to pay an exorbitant cost for parking.
The accommodations were lovely, the desk staff was not friendly nor helpful. Also parking is not free and adds another $30.00 to the
room cost.
