"Baltimore is your oyster" at this "solid" chain outpost offering a "perfect view of the Inner Harbor" and attached to the "high-end" Harborplace shopping mall; families find the indoor pool "wonderful on a cold winter day", while convention-goers welcome "excellent service for events and corporate meetings", and both groups appreciate the "comfortable" rooms.

Very comfortable bed and bedding; attractive furnishings; large bathroom; great location.
Bathroom in lobby was messy with no paper; room service left dirty plates in hallway until late in the afternoon, surprised we didn't have shampoo.

This is a lovely hotel located directly across the street from Baltimore's Inner Harbor.

The bellmen and front door attendants were especially helpful.
The walls were thin and we were all awakened at 2 am by our noisy neighbors.

The hotel is lovely, clean and in a prime location. We enjoyed the attached shopping mall and also used the bridge way to restaurants and shops overlooking the harbor. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Well maintained and courteous hotel. Located in the historic Baltimore Inner harbor and nearby to all attractions.
Parking is expensive and there is no complimentary breakfast.

Good hotel with lot of amenities. Big indoor mall attached to the hotel. Lot of attractions nearby with plenty of restaurants and shops.

Couldn't have a better location in Baltimore.
Nothing I didn't like. The bathroom was a bit dated but I still liked it.

Great location and staff. The view from the room was amazing.
