Although we preferred a hotel closer to the strip, this one was conveniently located near the Monorail.
For a Las Vegas hotel, the amenities within the hotel were rather limited.
The Renaissance was a very nice hotel and we certainly enjoyed our stay for the Priceline price.

The concierge was very knowledgeable.
Too far from the strip, no shuttle, dangerous area, very small pool and adequate room.

The bed and pillows.
Smoking permitted in the small outside area... very smokey.
For a hotel without the noise of the casino, this was very nice. A large group was staying there that included many smokers so we were not able to enjoy the lovely outside area inside the hotel convines. The high walls trapped the smoke and made it very smokey.

I liked that the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Didn't offer many amenities.
This is a great hotel in any city but Las Vegas. I cannot say one negative thing about this hotel. The staff was really on the ball and helpful. The room was nicely appointed. The room service was speedy and tasted great. The only problem for us was that there was nothing to entertain us, no gaming and the bar closed at midnight. This is definitely a business travelers hotel.
