Friendly and very helpful staff, shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes around the clock, and the short trip to LAX makes it an ideal pick for the business traveler.

The bed/room was nice.
When I showered, there was no hot water. Unacceptable!
In general, the hotel is okay. However, four star hotels should not run out of hot water at 10AM. That's unacceptable.

It was convenient to LAX and the staff was incredibly helpful.
The surrounding area needs to develop further, not the hotel's fault however.

Clean and beautiful room; luxurious atmosphere.
Parking was too expensive.
We were very impressed with the appearance of the hotel from the front door to the luxurious room. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and all aspects of the stay met our expectations which were high in light of the hotel.
