Having to get on 2 different elevators to get from our room down to the street.

Great hotel. Bedding was comfy and rooms are classy.

Very convenient to theatres, which was the purpose of our trip.
Rooms are fairly small.

This hotel is right in the middle of the theatre district, convenient to Times Square. The rooms are smallish, but very comfortable with large-size bathrooms. In spite of the noisy area, the rooms are quiet. The decor of the lobby area not on the ground floor, is a bit weird but okay, while the decor of the rooms is pleasant and masculine, good for business travelers.

The staff, location and cleanliness of the room were all great!
The double elevators were somewhat of a hassle.

The staff was more than friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the location was smack dab in the middle of it all! And strangely enough the street noise was not bad at all. (But we were on a high floor). I would definitely go back!

Excellent hotel in excellent location, staff very polite, rooms adequate size, bathrooms more than adequate,extremely quite, and bed very comfortable could not be happier.
