Not happy with expectation given and what was received at all.

Hotel is nice. Staff was nice, but I feel I should have received discounts due to lack of promise from the booking staff. They were all nice, but I was greatly disappointed upon arrival when the room was not the room I was promised and with a 2 day stay, the hotel AC was not working properly.

The hotel was great. Very clean, very friendly, loved the guy working at the bar and the hot tub was great too. Beds are very comfortable.

The lobby.
Terrible customer service!

They had no free internet! Every hotel we went to on our 40 day trip had free internet except this one. They did tell me that I could use my laptop for free in the lobby or bar. I tried and it did not work! And the staff was totally useless in trying to help me get connected. It was an awful experience.
