Great beds, friendly staff. Near a mall and a metro station.
A little far from the tourists sites of Paris.

Did not like having to pay for internet access. The free Wireless internet signal was very weak.

Clean, near the metro, friendly people.
Lack of coffee maker.
Good hotel, near the Metro where there is a shopping mall with restaurants and groceries. Ideal to go to the Versailles Castle. Avoid breakfast at the hotel, very expensive. A coffee maker in the room would be helpful.

Very pleasant staff.
WiFi in lobby wasn't working during my brief stay.
Nice hotel with very pleasant staff, convenient to RER and metro line 1. Be sure to leave sufficient time buy tickets for either, as both the machines and manned windows can have long lines.

Hotel is located conveniently at the end of Metro line 1.
Very nice hotel at the edge of Paris. It is in an office park setting. It is easy to get to from the metro.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating.
Old furniture and television. No wireless internet in room.
The staff was excellent and very friendly. The lobby was in great condition. The rooms are good for a four star hotel, however they seem a little dated. The old television and bathroom is not what I expected from the hotel.

The location is good, and the beds are comfortable.
The service was not always friendly, especially since I lost electricity for 4 hours!
This hotel was good in general. The location is good for business and the metro station was close. The public spaces in the hotel were very stuffy and hot, and when the electricity went off in my room for 4 hours I had to call the front desk 3 times before it was fixed.

Very comfortable beds, clean snowy-white sheets, remodeled bathrooms.
Their bar closed at 11pm; usually bars are open till at least 2am in North America. It could be just French life-style in general.
The buildings surrounding the hotel are modern and are illuminated at night. Grande Arches is right next to the hotel. The beds are extremely clean and comfortable. There were 6 pillows on the bed! The bathroom was modern and clean.

Great staff, great room with a bath!
Cost of phone call.
The room was great. The people that work there are obviously well trained to take care of their guests. We felt fantastic, rejuvenated, and respected during our stay there.
