Location was good and staff was pleasant.
There is no way this was a 4 star hotel.
Looks like an older property that got a face lift. Used things to make 4 star talking points (marble vanity top), but in the end, no HDTV, plumbing/hot water not reliable. Just not a 4 star hotel.

Front desk girl was sweet & friendly, free internet access, modern design.
nothing.
Very cool, modern but comfortable decor. Extremely helpful staff. Free computers with internet in the lobby. Allowed us early check in. Starbucks in lobby.

The lobby was great.
Rooms were drab
and pillows were uncomfortable.
Definitely not a 4 star hotel. The location
and lobby was great but the room was subpar. The pillows were not comfortable and the bed was horrible. I did not sleep well during my stay.

Nice lobby, very clean, nice staff and liked the location right next to Bourbon Street, but could sleep at night.
The bed was not comfortable. Hampton Inn has a better bed.
The hotel overall was above average. The lobby was of a 4-5 star hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Small yet cozy. My only problem was the bed. It was not very comfortable. Even Hampton Inn has a better bed. Need to upgrade mattress. Other than that very pleasant experience. Stayed on Bourbon Street before very loud nice to be a block away, but there was construction going on in the next building. read more

Cool modern lobby and rooms.
I would be glad to stay at this hotel again. Close to drug stores, restaurants and the sites.

It was great to be within 1 block of the French Quarter. It was nice to not be sleeping in the middle of the all night party.
Parking was expensive, but not shocking. I was expecting it to be pretty high.
Very nice place. The lobby was a real show stopper. Check-in was quick and painless especially since the room was already paid for through Priceline. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit New Orleans especially those wanting to hang out in the French Quarter.
