Very classy hotel in a great location.
Bar staff were very rude to us when we came in for a drink at 12:30 AM.

This is a great hotel with lots of class!

Staff was helpful and friendly.

Hotel was conveniently located, with parking lot across the street ($5 vs. $25 valet). Amenities were good and staff was very helpful with directions, etc.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The Renaissance is located right in the heart of the Downtown / Cultural area. It is a historical building that has been completely restored and / or renovated. If you need help with anything (dining, shopping, transportation) the front desk staff will help you.

Rooms were very spacious and clean.
The restaurant was overpriced and the food was cold.

Overall our stay was great except for the last day. My husband and some friends went to the restaurant located in the hotel for breakfast. The waitress was rude, the breakfast was cold and we complained to the food service manager who was a jerk! Our waitress handed us a bill for 2 people for breakfast for 42.50. Complained to the front desk manager and he is taking care of our complaint. read more

The restaurant (no espresso in the morning).
