The location is convenient to the trainstation but not to the tourist area. The staff is very rude.

It was comfortable, clean and gorgeous!
I loved everything about this hotel.

The hotel was perfect. My favorite one on the trip. It was very spacious, very clean, very comfortable and close to most everything we did. Oh and the beds were beyond compare!The sheets were silky smooth and the mattress was just so lovely that it was almost difficult to leave the hotel and go see the Alps!

Conveniently close to a Laundromat (across street) which was a real bonus for us as we were midway on an extended trip.
Entry to garage was confusing but finally figured it out after circling the block.

Staff was most helpful in recommending tours and assisting us in maximizing our time to best advantage for a short stay in Salzburg. Easy to leave car garaged and take advantage of nearby public transportation to get to the old town.
