Comfortable beds.
Charged additional for a night plus 20% tax for parking.

It took 3 tries to get the rooms correct when we were checking in at 11 pm with a 2 year old. When we finally got into the conjoining rooms we requested, there was a 200 lb. desk that I had to move just to open the door between the rooms. There was an additional $28 / night to park. When I received my bill for the parking, I noticed that there was a $6 tax on the parking that I was charged. Seems a bit much. They never notified me that there would be a tax either. On Sunday morning at around 9:30 a housekeeper knocked on the door and in her broken English said that it was time to check-out, when check-out time was at noon. read more

Very close to everything, easy to get in and out of. Very nice room, comfortable beds.
They didn't have a gift shop and the parking was too much. I also didn't like that I had to pay for internet service.

This was a nice place. Loved the view of the city. Close to everything, easy on and off freeway. Very comfortable beds. I thought the parking was too expensive and I had to pay extra to use the internet service.

great location
the beds are not that comfortable and parking price is rediculous

The hotel was recently renovated and is very nice. The rooms have mini-fridges which are very helpful for young kids who need milk, juice, etc. @ crazy hours of the night. I was not very impressed with the comfort of the beds, they are to firm for my taste. We were traveling with a baby and the staff was happy to provide a pack-n-play for her to sleep in. They even set it up for us! Over all I was very happy with our hotel. read more

The shampoo and soaps smelled nice.
Tiny room, TV in-room movie system didn't work.

Arriving at this hotel is a bit of a headache unless you're familiar with the neighborhood. All one-way streets, so you have to go around the block to get to the front, where you can park to drop bags off and check in. The room was nice and attractive, but tiny. The hotel says you can checkout via the TV, but that system didn't work. I tried to order a movie on the TV, which didn't work either. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and both times the TV didn't work. I called the front desk and they just told me that it must be broken. The other options for checkout is to drop off the receipt that should be under your door on the day of checkout but guess what no receipt under my door. So I just left without checking out. The parking garage is a pain. It's very small, which makes it difficult to get in and out of the spaces. The ceiling is very low too. I drove very slow to avoid scraping the roof of our rented SUV. If you're staying here, rent a small car. The parking is also very expensive $28 a night for self parking. That seems very expensive to me for a 3.5 star hotel. In some towns you can get a room for that much. read more

Liked the updated rooms and the view.
Rediciously expensive parking.

The rooms were very clean and nicely updated. The view was great as we were facing west not against the freeway. The only problem is that it's a bit of a walk to some of the key attactions downtown and with the steep hills, getting back to the hotel after being out for the day is a work out.

The pool was on the 28th floor and the kids loved that.
The beds were very small and there was only a couple of chairs for seating.

Very comfortable beds. Good in-room coffee. Exceptionally clean bathrooms. Courteous, efficient service.
$28 per day for parking. Two broken elevators upon check-out morning. Limited restaurant hours.

The priceline deal we got for this stay made it an outstanding for an upscale hotel in a downtown area. I would definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend using priceline to find good deals on nice hotels.
