The staff is exceptional - very helpful, anticipate needs, always available.
Restaurants are quite expensive with no middle of the road choice

The hotel staff is outstanding. They anticipate your needs, are very accommodating, and focus on ensuring your stay is successful.The facilities are lovely. Restaurant prices are high, although selection is extensive.

Bathroom amenities were skimpy, no cotton pads or swabs, no conditioner and shampoo was not replaced everyday.

Great place.

First, I hesitated to stay at this hotel because it was far from downtown Seoul. However there are many nice restaurants and department stores around the hotel. There is a subway station near the hotel. Thus it was quite convenient to go to downtown, too. The hotel also has a nice gym. I highly recommend this hotel.
