Room was not made up one day.

The $10/day parking charge should be waived for hotel guests or built into the rate structure. It's like the airlines charging $25 to carry your suitcase. Ridiculous! Also, one day our room was not made up by 5:00 pm -- poor service. Restaurant prices were extremely high.

The facility.
Shuttle from the airport.

The shuttle did not arrive for over 20 minutes. A shuttle from the Ramada took me there. This is a 4 star hotel and should not have that kind of poor service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were decorated beautifully and very clean.
The indoor pool could have been heated a little more.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. It was convenient, safe, clean and was very beautiful. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and was helpful. The hotel dinning and room service were excellent and the prices were very comparable to dining at regular restaurants.

Over-priced amenities.

While the hotel was nice, I would have much rather stayed in a lower star-rated hotel that offered better amenities. They over charged for everything--from bottled water in the room to internet to parking to breakfast.

Could have used a night light in the bathroom.

I certainly hope to revisit this hotel soon and the Priceline deal was spectacular.

Comfortable bed, view of outdoor fountain from room, friendly, helpful staff.
Pool was very crowded & a breakfast package would have been nice.

The hotel room was very clean, and the king size bed so comfortable. View from room of outdoor fountain was great. Friendly outdoor staff member helped us with directions to downtown St. Louis.
