It was a nice hotel, right in the middle of Syracuse, definitely a bargain!
Only one king size bed.

Nice hotel, only downfall is that 2 full size beds is an additional charge over 1 king. They did offer a rollout at no additional charge.

The beds are very comfortable.
The elevator is pretty slow.

Great comfortable hotel. Perfect relaxation after a long day of shopping.

Great staff, location and hotel.
Even on the 18th floor you could hear the highway traffic during the morning/night.

WOW! Very wonderful, understanding and overall a great experience. Next time I go to Syracuse, I'll for sure use Priceline.com and I hope to win my bid
and Renaissance hotel. So perfect.

Good coffee available.
Was not told about the incidentals charge until after my visit was over.

Great location. Good staff. To the point that when staff left only decaf coffee in my room, the downstairs concierge gave me a free cup of coffee for the inconvenience and that was a great cup of coffee. Staff held doors open to enter and to exit. Overall everyone was very pleasant and polite. Luxurious, clean bed and shower and clean room. Thank you.

Could not check in until after 6 pm. My aunt died and I wanted to relax in a hotel, have a bath, no bath, no pool, no room unless you play sports.

Arrived at 3 and were told a group had not yet vacated. Could not get into our room until after 6pm. People who had ordered food at the bar canceled orders after 45 minutes when food had not arrived. Staff said they were busy - well, put on more staff. You cannot ignore customers. I would never stay here again.

It was very noisy all night, room was next to Rt. 81. The smallest bathroom I have ever seen.

Location.
Noise from highway; tiny rooms; minuscule bathroom.

The hotel is right at the intersection of I81 and I690. It is a round hotel so no room is without the constant sleep depriving highway noise (and we were on the 14th floor!). The bathroom is so tiny that you have to step into the shower to close the door so that you can use the toilet. All the light plugs were bent and unplugged and had to move the bed and fix the plugs in order to get light in the room. The hotel used to be a Holiday Inn and no matter how much it is re-branded, it is still a low quality Holiday Inn. On a positive note, the people were friendly. read more
