The staff was amazing, very responsive, helpful etc.
Was given a handicap accessible room. Lots were missing, when I asked I was moved to a gorgeous room.

This hotel surely exceeded my expectations once I got my room. The room was spacious, very work friendly and relaxing. Clean with very comfy bed. Excellent staff! Room service, fast, food fairly good. Restaurant expensive. Free parking downtown in any big city Rules!

The staff was absolutely fantastic. Very comfortable room and I loved the complimentary shuttle.
The neighborhood is a little on the shady side and the sound proofing needs to be addressed.

Staff is great. Manger's reception on Tuesday nights is a bonus. Evan the bartender is fabulous. The sheets and bed are so comfortable.

Room smelled of smoke, noise level was very high too near through way.

Staff very friendly and helpful however the hotel is almost on top of expressway making noise level high.

It was a nice hotel,right in the middle of Syracuse, definitely a bargain!
Only one king size bed.

Nice hotel, only downfall is that 2 full size beds is an additional charge over 1 king. They did offer a rollout at no additional charge.
