Location was convenient.
Room was not clean, bathroom very dingy, dirty grout and crumbling caulk.
While the lobby was attractive, the rooms and bathrooms were definitely not of 4-star quality. I would give this hotel 3 starts at most.

Nothing.
Someone claiming to be the front desk called my room at 2:00 AM and claimed that a burglar had just came in from the balcony. When I reported to the front desk they brushed it off.

Great Location.
Sorry but I could not use the room nor could my friend Diane Ash whom I had signed on at the last minute. I had a unfor seen problem come up and could not get there at any rate.
Experiencing a football game from the comfort and privacy of a field view room was great fun and recommended, although the room itself was smaller and not as luxurious as the city view rooms. Overall great service from all staff, and a nice 4 star hotel.

We were upgraded to a skydome room.
Was starting to show it's age,
needs an uplift.
Hotel was good for the money we spent, it just needs to be renovated a little. A fresh coat of paint and new carpet go a long way.

Closeness to theatres.
Train noise keeps me awake.
Walking distance to theatre and restaurants. Room was lovely but had noise from train tracks. Coffee maker did not work. Valet dinged our van. Waitress did not tell us about their special on picture of beer so we paid more for two beers than the picture.

Conveniently located downtown, however parking is 3 blocks away and I was late for a business meeting because the parking garage was open to public.
Hotel needs upgrading, rooms are small dark, dirty and unattractive, parking is a hassle, staff was unable to properly help.
Nothing but negative, will not be returning.

This is not a four star property in my opinion. The rooms are in need of updating.

Valet parking was not organized, very slow service, first staff contact with cars was rude and nasty.
