Nothing.
Someone claiming to be the front desk called my room at 2:00 AM and claimed that a burglar had just came in from the balcony. When I reported to the front desk they brushed it off.

I liked the bed, linens and the air circulation - it felt well-aired.
I hated the quality of the food from room service.
The hotel room was clean and well-ventilated. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I hated the quality of the food that came from room service. I expected a few more amenities for a club room - one bottled water doesn't cut it and neither does one set of soaps/lotions IMO.
